Refund Policy

Clear rules for digital reports

Last updated: July 2026

Payments are processed by Paddle

Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for premium reports purchased through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes payments and payment-related refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to one-time purchases of HuginnEye premium digital exposure reports. It supplements Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

2. Personalised digital content

Each report is generated specifically from the identifiers submitted in the associated scan and from public information available at the time of generation. It is personalised digital content rather than a reusable physical product.

3. Immediate generation and withdrawal rights

The report may begin generating immediately after payment confirmation. Where required by law, the buyer may be asked during checkout to request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once generation, download or use of the digital content begins.

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Technical failure or non-delivery

Contact HuginnEye if payment completed successfully but the report was not generated, the download page remained unavailable or the delivered file was technically unusable.

HuginnEye will investigate and may restore access, regenerate the report where possible or request a full or partial refund through Paddle. A remedy may be refused where the issue was caused by incorrect buyer information, loss of a successfully delivered file, expiry of the clearly stated download period, misuse or fraud, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

5. Report contents

A refund is not normally available merely because a report contains fewer findings than expected, shows low exposure or does not identify a particular profile. Reports reflect the public sources and third-party availability accessible at generation time and are not guaranteed to be complete or exhaustive.

This does not affect rights relating to content that is materially defective, unavailable or not as described.

6. Requesting help or a refund

Email [email protected] with the purchase email, approximate date, Paddle transaction or receipt reference and a description of the problem. Do not send complete card details.

Buyers may also contact Paddle's buyer support. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle through the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks and abuse

Fraudulent refund claims or abusive chargebacks may result in access being suspended and relevant evidence being provided to Paddle, payment providers or competent authorities. This does not prevent legitimate disputes or consumer claims.
